CiV was asked by Blood:Water Mission to develop a Flash-based interactive which provides a status on the 1000 Wells Project. Based in Nashville, Tennessee, Blood:Water Mission is a non-profit organization committed to improving access to clean blood and clean water to fight the HIV/AIDS pandemic in Africa, while striving to create meaningful community and linkages around the globe.
The interactive provides site visitors with information on well funding since 2004 as well as data on health improvements. The update also features personal stories describing how Blood:Water Mission projects are positively impacting these communities.
In addition to this Flash interactive, CiV has developed a series of web projects for Blood;Water Mission including a blog and several donor outreach initiatives.
CiV works in close partnership with Blood:Water Mission -- providing strategic advice and ongoing site enhancements -- and is currently working on a major website upgrade.
